  • How do I download and save my Mobile Season Pass?

    There are two easy ways to get your Mobile Season Pass.

    At Time of Purchase During Checkout

    Simply upload your photo during the checkout process. This will automatically create your Mobile Season Pass, which you can download to your Google or Apple Wallet from your confirmation email.

    After Purchase through Guest Portal

    If you already purchased your pass and did not upload a photo during the checkout process, you can log into the Guest Portal and upload a photo. If you wish to change your photo, please visit Guest Relations.

    Already have a physical Season Pass? It’s easy to go Mobile! To do so, sign in or create a Guest Portal account to download and save your Mobile Season Pass. It's important to note that you must log in using the email address associated with the Season Pass you would like to convert.

  • How do I access the Guest Portal?

    To access the Guest Portal and manage your Season Passes, you first need to create an account using the passholder's email address. (Please note that this email may be different from the one used during checkout.)

    Follow the prompts to create your account. Once you have completed the process, an email with a one-time verification code will be sent to the address you used to create your account. After entering the verification code to confirm your email, you will gain access to the portal!

    Once you’re in the Guest Portal, you can manage all Season Passes associated with your email address. You’ll be able to view the status of your Season Pass, download it to your mobile device, check how many guest tickets remain on your account, and view related perks.

  • What happens after you upload your photo and complete your Mobile Season Pass purchase?

    You will get an email as soon as your purchase is complete, containing your order confirmation and purchase information. This email will not include your passes. However, shortly after, you will receive a second email with your Mobile Season Passes, ready for download, and able to be added to your Google or Apple wallet.

  • Can I get a physical Season Pass and a Mobile Season Pass?

    We highly encourage you to choose a Mobile Season Pass for your convenience, but if you love a classic touch, physical Season Passes are still available.

    If you choose to get a physical Season Pass, simply skip the photo upload during checkout. You'll receive an email with your Season Pass voucher(s), which can be easily redeemed at the park. 

  • Can I have a physical Season Pass and a Mobile Season Pass at the same time?

    Your Season Pass is available as either a physical card or a Mobile Season Pass. If you choose the Mobile Season Pass, you’ll have the convenience of accessing it right from your phone and skipping the pass processing line. If you prefer a physical pass, you can request one at the park. Either way, you’ll get all the same great benefits.

  • What can I do with the new Guest Portal?

    The new Guest Portal makes managing your Season Passes a breeze. Here’s  what you can do:

    • Effortlessly view and manage all your Season Passes 
    • Easily upload your photo and switch your physical Season Pass to a Mobile Season Pass
    • Take a look at all your awesome benefits 
    • Update your Payment Plan method in just a few clicks 
    • Change dates for your upcoming tickets, cabanas, and other extras 
    • Access all your previous purchases whenever you need 
    • Shop for additional extras to enhance your experience  
  • How do I view my perks and Friend Ticket usage in the Guest Portal?

    To get started, just log in or create your account. Once you're in, here's how to find what you need:

    • On the left-hand side, select “My Season Passes” from the main menu
    • Find the pass you’re curious about and click the “My Options” button
    • Want to check out all the wonderful Perks with your pass? Just click “What’s included in my pass”
    • If you’d like to know how many Guest Tickets you have left, simply head over to “My Benefits”
