Our new digital Season Pass option makes it easier than ever to keep your Pass and perks with you at all times on your mobile device via Google and Apple Wallet.

Digital Pass FAQs

  • What are the benefits of the digital pass?

    It’s mostly convenience and a better guest experience: 

    • You can skip the line and the pass processing steps that are usually required before you enter the park for the first time. Your digital pass can scan you in at the gate without having to make that visit.
    • You can add your digital pass to your mobile device via Google or Apple Wallet. This gives you one less thing to carry and it makes it easy to always have your pass on you.
    • Ability to manage your pass, see benefits and renew in the new Guest Portal
  • How do I get a digital pass?

    It’s as simple as the normal season pass checkout process except you add a digital photo (or take one if you are checking out on a mobile device) when you are entering your name and address. 

  • What happens after you upload your photo and complete your digital pass purchase?

    You will receive an email as soon as your purchase is completed with your transaction info. That email will not include your passes. However, shortly after you will receive a second email that will have your passes attached, ready for download and able to be added to your Google or apple wallet.

  • Is it possible to not use a digital pass and keep a physical pass?

    Yes, if you check out and don’t upload a photo you will receive the normal classic physical pass voucher like last year. You will need to take that voucher to the pass processing center before entering the park. 

  • Can I have a physical pass and a digital pass at the same time?

    You can, but it is not recommended. For the best guest experience, we highly suggest you choose to only use our new digital pass over a physical pass.

    If you desire to have both, you must first create a digital pass by uploading a photo during checkout or adding one to a previously purchased physical pass in the guest portal. You then will need to take the pass to guest services at the park and they will create a physical pass for you. Once you have that updated, you can download that pass from the guest portal and then you will have a physical and digital version of the same pass.

  • What are the steps for converting a physical pass into a digital pass?

    It’s simple:

    • Log in or create an account in the new Guest Portal (include hyperlink)
    • Select “My Season Passes” from the main menu on the lefthand side
    • Find the pass you would like to digitize and click the area that says “Please upload your photo to download your pass” or the brown pencil icon on the photo in the righthand corner of the pass.
    • Follow the instructions for uploading or taking a photo and save
    • Find the “Download Season Pass” button on that pass click that.

    You can now add this pass to your Google or Apple Wallet!
